  • Access company directories, blogs, job offers, and anonymous complaint links.

  • Request leaves through the HR section.

  • Download company assets like logos in multiple formats (JPEG, PNG, SVG).

 
3. Data Storage
The app uses Firebase as its backend for data storage. While Firebase stores relevant data to power the app’s features, no personal or sensitive data about users is uploaded or stored.
 
4. Third-Party Services
Bergadazee integrates with a few third-party services to enhance its functionality:

  • Google Authentication API: Used solely for secure login to the app.

  • Elfsight and Monday.com Embedded Codes: Integrated as embedded components to display content within the app.

These services are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not share user data with these or any third-party providers.
 
5. Employee Resignation Policy
When an employee resigns, their access to Bergadazee will be disabled by the IT Help Desk. All associated data will be deleted from our systems within 35 days of the resignation date.
 
6. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for use by professional employees of ASOKUMAR ES PVT LTD and is not directed at or intended for use by children under 13 years of age.
 
7. Data Security
We prioritize the security of the data stored in Firebase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
